Using the employee portal, you can log into the secure website to view and print your paystubs, as well as manage your personal information. In order to access your portal, contact your payroll department who will send you an email invitation to register. You will create your own unique username and password for your account.
The employee registration invitation to the portal is only valid for 7 days. After seven days, the invitation will need to be resent.
Click the link in the email to go to their registration page. There you will create your own username and password and can update your own email address if needed. When you click “Register and Log In,” you will immediately be logged into your portal. For security reasons, the employer will not have access to employee usernames and passwords. You will be able to reset your own password, as long as you have a valid email address on the record.
You can update your withholdings by completing the electronic W-4 in the employee portal. The changes will take effect the next payday.
